Return Policy

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  
• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  
• A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  

1. Email us at support@norevo.shop with your order number and reason for return.
   
2. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back.
   
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund or exchange.
   

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product).
  

• If you would like to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, style, or model, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.

• If you receive a defective or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  
• We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
  

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

2. Placing a new order for the desired product separately
