1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal. PayPal allows you to securely pay with your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card.


2. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship to customers within the United States only.


3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.


5. Can I return a product?

Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our Refund & Return Policy requirements.


6. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges for the same product in a different size, model, or variation when available. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.


7. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


8. Are your acacia wood products dishwasher safe?

No. We recommend hand washing only for all acacia wood products. Using a dishwasher may damage the natural finish.


9. How should I care for my acacia wood items?

Wash with mild soap and warm water, dry immediately, and occasionally treat with food-grade mineral oil to maintain shine and prevent cracking.
